How to be me in the morning
First of all alarm goes of 6.00am,but leave it for about 10 minnuets then drag yourself out of bed an into the shower. Set the timer for 15 minnuets so your parents don't yell at you for using all the hot water. Once out of the shower go and get dressed into your school uniform then put your shoes on. Do your hair however you want but change it each day. Pack your lunch box and your computer into your bag. Make your breakfast and eat it quick. Shove your bowl in the sink and brush your teeth. Grab your bags and head out the door and you are on your way to school. If you are late you will get dropped of on the side of the hill. If you are early you will get dropped of at the main gate.
I am a Year 8 student at Tauranga Intermediate School in New Zealand. I am in Rm42 and my teacher is Miss Campbell.

My visit with room 43
Yesterday in the middle block my class went to go see the room 43 the satellite class. The class was split into groups and we went for 5 minuetes and introduced ourselves. The satellite classroom had to be temporally moved because last term the was an electrical fire in the classroom and the are right next door to us. When it was time for my group we walked over to the first class room who we were greeted by Kyra, Bishop and Phenix. When we came out of that classroom we met Bobby who showed us around. He showed us the main classroom, but I didn't meet the other students because they were having a lesson. At the back there was a girl called Emma, she couldn't walk or talk or hear. She was also having a lesson with another teacher but using sign language.
I think it is really cool having the satellite class right next to us because we meet new kids and they are really nice.

My weekend
This weekend unfortunately my camera died. I was going to the Tauranga Library and the Art Gallery for the Rimu House Challenge. So we had to use my Mum's phone to take the pictures. The exhibition was on the diary of Alfred Cameron when he was in Gallipoli.
Surprisingly this weekend my Grandma was admitted to Tauranga Hospital due to fluid around the lung witch made it hard to breathe so she had to have oxegon pushed into her. The doctors think she won't be able to survive without it.

The Mammoth
The Mammoth was apart of the elephantiae group. It is the ancestors of the elephants. It was covered in long tough hair. The largest known Mammoth to live, stood to about 13ft and weighed about 8-9 tons. The reason the Mammoth was extinct is because of mammoth hunters. The hunters usually hunt the Mammoth because they have a lot of meat on them and the tusks are worth a lot.

Technology build a roller coaster
Last year in year7 in Mr P's class we got given a technology challenge. The challenge was to build a roller coaster that will hold a marble going down it. When we got into teams we were given newspaper, scissor, cellotape and string. The hardest part was making the loops witch made the whole thing really floppy. Our marble didn't stay in the roller coaster because we didn't roll the newspaper correctly and it wasn't very stronge. If we had to do it again we would have organized it better and had a plan. When we roll the newspaper tighter so it was stronger.

3 well written Sentences about camp
On the first day back at term two rooms 42 and 41 went off to Ngamuwahine Camp.
At camp.....
What made me laugh was ..... Mr Hart's jokes and his personality. He could be quite serious but then he loved to have a laugh about things. I found it quite funny when he tells people he is going to smash them in paintball but offen they get him instead.
The biggest challenge was... The posties walk. First we had to climb up the ladder onto some pegs that went up a pole, when the pegs ended there was a very thin wire and above it was another one that you grab and you put your feet on the bottom one and stand up. Once in a standing postion you have to walk to about half way keeping in mid you are about 15m in the air, finally in the middle you have the choice to do a 360 degrees turn or you dangle down from the wire and do chin ups. I chose to just come down because I was shaking so much!
The tastiest thing at camp was.... The rice risotto that we made on Wednesday night. The girls got into teams and we were given instructions by Miss Campbell room42 teacher on how to make it and ours turned out really nice. While the girls were doing that the boy made their own dinner then got it judged by the teachers and other parents. The night before it was the opposite, the boys made the rice risotto and the girls cooked their own meals and got it judged.
