Where am I?
Where am I?
I am at a landmark.
I am somewhere up high.
This place has a maori name.
It has lots of trees in it.
When you are at the top you can see the sea.
You can go around this place and up and down.
Where am I?
Mount Maunganui

My favorite part of my holiday in Wellington.
It was the middle of the term holiday, my Mum and Dad had only recently just left and left me and my sister Alicia down in wellington with my aunty for a holiday. That night we all agreed to get pizza for dinner but we had to stop at Pak 'n' Save first. We came into Pak 'n' Save and did our shopping, it was just when we were going through the checkout it finally hit......
The clock struck to 5.09pm, me and Alicia were walking up and down the checkout when we heard my aunty ask us if we felt that. We both turned around puzzled but it wasn't until we heard smashing we turned around to look at the shelves and they were no longer straight they were swaying violently. All the items started jumping of shelves and smashing on the ground. Me and Alicia got down on the ground leaning against the checkout with our hands over our heads. The shaking stopped and everyone just left there trolleys and ran out.
My aunty was the most shaken up even though it was my first earthquake I seemed the most calm. We didn't even go home first because my aunty had to go get a drink from the pub!

The production.
Yesterday I went to the matinee at Bay Court for the Tauranga Intermediate School production. The production was called A Most Triumphant Tale. It was about to bands called One Dimension and Labyrinth. One dimension is a lip singer band with no talent and Labyrinth who has amazing talent but keept losing to their rivals One Dimension. When Labyrinth split up to members go on the search to find other band members. In the end they win and Music is saved from the 2030 as it is all lip sinking is what bands re all about.
I really liked the production as it was really funny and well thought out.

A persuasive to someone in the class.
Dear Paris H,
I am writing this to you because I think that you should join squash. You don't have to be good at it, you can just come and learn and have a blast! I don't understand why you do gymnastics, all you do is roll on the floor and jump on the beam. It is not very active. With squash on the other hand is very active and will keep your fitness level up.
After this letter I hope you will join squash.
Yours sincerely,
Jessica

Service in school and community: Care for younger children: Organize a series of games or activities for younger siblings or neighbors or teach them a dance or an instrument
In the weekend I had my little cousin Elijah come around to stay the night. I thought this might of been a good opportunity to do one of my homework tasks. Elijah is only 2 years old so on the night that he stayed I couldn't do anything with him because he went to bed. So in the morning, I organized a sires of games. I did hide and go seek, hopscotch, kicking with the ball and going to the park right next door.
The first game I played was hopscotch. He found it a little bit hard to hop so I had to help him a bit. We played that for about 10 minnuets as he started to get tired.

This is the hopscotch.
Elijah trying to hop.
The next game was hide and go seek. It was really hard to play with him because when he would hide you would walk straight past him and he would jump out and say I am here! But it was a lot of fun.
This is Elijah coming out of his hiding place in the washing basket.
The third game was kicking the ball. Overall I think this was his favorite game. We played this game for ages, I think it was 30 minnuets tops. It started by just throwing the ball to each other then rolling and then finally kicking it.
Me and Elijah playing with the ball.
To end the sires of games I took him to the park. At the park he mainly swung on the swing and rocked and the koala and slid down the slide at the end.
Elijah on the slide.
Elijah on the rocking koala.

Funny jokes.
Funny jokes.
Q.Why do sea-gulls fly across the sea?
A.Because if they flew across the bay they would be called bagels.
Q. Why don't skeletons fight each other?
A. They don't have the guts
Knock, knock!
Who's there?
Spell.
Spell who?OK, W_H_O.
Knock, knock!
Who's there?
Hoo.
Who hoo?
You sound like an owl!
Knock, Knock!
Who's there?
Boo.
Boo who?
Don't cry, it's just a joke.
